Mofongo (Puerto Rican Mashed Plantains) con Pulled Pork

Endive Salad with Duck Bacon, Pears, and Candied Walnuts
Tucos' Caesar Salad

Grass-Fed Beef Strip Loin with Wild Mushroom Gravy (add $15)
Seafood Risotto with Clams, Shrimp, and Steelhead Salmon
